The purpose of the Ladies of Seton group is to involve the women of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in the life of the parish through Christian fellowship, provide assistance to the pastor, and support other parish ministries, both financially and personally.
Monthly meetings take place on the first Thursday of every month, September through May, at 6:30pm at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School in the cafeteria. At meetings, we share prayer, conversation, and refreshments, and do activities that are both fun and interesting. Refreshments served during the meetings are provided by different members each month. In the business portion of the meeting, we plan for upcoming events, fundraisers, and involvement with other parish ministries like St. Vincent de Paul and the Men of Seton.
Any woman, 18 years of age or older, who is a registered parishioner is welcome to join the organization. We can also arrange transportation to meetings and events if needed.

St. Andrew Ladies Sodality has much to offer – please join our circle of friendship. We have a place waiting just for you – all ladies of St. Mary Magdalene Parish Family are welcome. You will find a warm, supportive, outgoing and diverse group of women. This is a great way to meet new women and help you feel at home in your parish. You are welcome to attend all events or select only those which appeal to you.
Our group plays a vital role in our church. We provide altar bread and wine for the parish. With contributions from parish members, we provide flowers that decorate the Church during Easter and Christmas. When funds are available, we assist with needed items such as altar flowers, vestments and altar attendants’ albs.
We meet on the fourth Monday of the month during March, April, May, August, September and October at 6:30pm in the St. Andrew Parish Center. Our major fundraiser is our Craft & Collectible Vendor Sale held in November each year. The annual Candlelight Dinner is held in late November/early December and is for the ladies of the Parish Family. Other fun get-togethers are planned throughout the year. Please watch the bulletin for more information on upcoming events.
We encourage you to find a way to participate that is most comfortable for you. There are no membership fees – just your attendance. We always look forward to seeing new faces!
Remember there is place waiting for you in our circle of friendship.
